Every business has different needs, so Live Wire offers different options to work with whatever your needs might be. We offer services on an hourly basis, as a discounted monthly retainer, or on a per-project basis. Depending on whether you need only a few hours every couple of months, or you know you're going to use 10 hours every month, Live Wire can put together a customized cost-effective plan for you. We can even work on a per-project rate if you want to try us out for a smaller project.
Hourly Rates
Hourly billing rate is $25 per hour, billed in 15 minute increments after a 2 hour minimum. Hourly rates are billed twice a month, on the 1st and 15th of each month. Payment for hourly billing is due upon receipt of invoice. Payment must be received in order for any further work to continue. Invoices will be emailed or faxed according the client's choice, and can be paid by credit card or bank account via PayPal.Per-Project Rates
This option allows you to know what it's going to cost before beginning a project. Per-project rates are invoiced at 50% of the estimate once the client accepts the estimate. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of the project, before client receives the final, completed project.Retainer Rates
Monthly retainers ensure ongoing support at a discounted rate. The client is guaranteed the hours they need will be available each month. Retainer fees are required in full in advance of services; payment is due before beginning work each month. Unused hours don't roll over to the next month. No long term contracts required. Any time used over the monthly retainer amount will be charged at the discounted rate in 15 minute increments.- 5 prepaid hours per month $115.50
