What are our customers saying? I have hired Ms Campanelli on several occasions as a virtual IT consultant and office manager. Her service has always been above satisfaction, she is very effective and efficient. Donna has taken on a multitude of important task for my company (financial services and investments) and performed each with professionalism and dedication. I trust her instincts and try to stay our of her way. She has enormous energy and focus, which I wish I could get from all of my employees. If I could hire 100 just like her I would be running wall street by now. I recommend her without exception to any business regardless of the industry.
Michael Brooker President and Founder, Financial Security Services of America
“Donna has worked for me on several projects. Her performance has been outstanding, she is possibly the single most organized person I have ever met. The energy that she brings into the workplace is always positive. If it were possible for me to create a position to hire her full time I would have already done so. She is very knowledgeable but her most outstanding asset is her ability to see "the whole picture." Donna has the ability to see exactly what needs to be done, what procedures need to change and how to integrate those changes smoothly. She will be a positive asset to any enterprise. When she makes suggestions, LISTEN TO HER.

What is a Virtual Assistant? A Virtual Assistant (VA) is a highly-trained independent contractor who provides a myriad of business support services virtually via phone, fax, and internet. VAs don't work "for" you, but work "with" you, often developing a very close and collaborative partnership.
How can a VA help me? It depends on your business and on you. Together, you and your VA will come up with a personalized plan to take the tasks off your to-do list that you either don't like to do or don't have the time to do. Partnering with a VA will reduce stress, protect your cash flow, eliminate administrative hassles, and enable you to find the success you originally set out to achieve. A VA is your right hand person helping you to succeed in your business.
Is the Virtual Assistant on my payroll? No, and this is one of the benefits of using a VA instead of an employee. A VA is an independent contractor. You aren't responsible for withholding taxes or benefits or insurance or workers comp. Remember, a VA is a business owner, not your employee.
Why not use a temp employee? For some small business owners, a temp employee may work better. It just depends on your needs. If you need someone physically in your office to temporarily replace an on-site employee you already have, then a temp might be your best choice. A VA would be the best choice for someone who doesn't want the hassles or added costs of an employee (permanent or temporary), who wants to free up some time for the actual income-producing tasks, who has admin needs only at certain times of the week/month/quarter/year, who is open to outsourcing, or who needs help a few hours a week/month but doesn't have the physical space for another work area.
How do I get started with a Virtual Assistant? After you have selected your VA, let them lead the way. Since most new clients usually have the same questions, VAs usually have specific "start-up" procedures. I provide a no-fee, half-hour consultation for anyone who is even considering whether a VA would be right for them. After the consultation, consider mutually developing a specific list of tasks or projects to minimize misunderstandings.
How do I receive my completed projects? You'll receive delivery of your project by whatever method you request. Depending on your situation, it can be by email, fax, overnight delivery, regular mail, or other available options. Another method is utilizing software, such as logmein.com, gotomypc.com, and/or pcanywhere.com, which allows me to securely access your computer remotely from my office and perform the work directly on your computer.
What do you charge? I have several rate plans available, which include hourly rates, monthly retainer rates, and project rates. The option you choose will depend on your personal needs and the project or hours of assistance you require. Usually, the more hours you use, the higher discount you will receive.
